Click on Start and select Settings, or press the Windows + I shortcut.

Navigate to Bluetooth & devices and select Printers & scanners.

Here, click on Add device beside Add a printer or scanner.

Click on Add device

Now a message saying “The printer that I want isn’t listed” will appear; click on Add manually beside it.
